Terms of Service – Alpha Home Defense

By using the services of Alpha Home Defense, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Alpha Home Defense provides home inspections and pest/moisture solutions. Recommendations are made in good faith, based on professional knowledge and the conditions observed during inspection.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept standard forms of payment [Cash, Card, Venmo, CashApp etc. (ask about our payment plans)].

4. Limitations of Inspection

Our inspections are visual and non-invasive. We cannot guarantee the absence of all pests or moisture issues, as some problems may not be visible at the time of inspection.

5. Liability

Alpha Home Defense is not liable for damages or issues that were hidden, inaccessible, or developed after the inspection. Our goal is to provide accurate, honest, and helpful information to the best of our ability.
